Xampp apache not working? how can i fix it?

Ef þú notar skype þá þarftu að disable'a port 80 í options

Tools > Options > Advanced > Connection > Uncheckaðu "Use port 80 blah blah blah"

EDIT:
Oh, and restart skype.
