Needs Advice on What Modpack to Play

Hello everyone! Back in 1.10.2 I played Age of Engineering following direwolf20's playthrough. And I really enjoyed it at the time. But I couldn't find any other modpack that gave me the progression sense it did. I'd like to play some kitchen sink modpacks but in those modpacks after a few hours, I don't know what to do. So I prefer a quest book modpack. And also I've tried Enigmatica 2 but my pc doesn't handle it well (8 GB RAM, 3.5 gHz Processor, RX570 Graphics). Thank a lot!
